Knotworking: emerging technology training for teams and individuals in Cornwall
I teach teams and individuals how to bring new tools into the way they
already work, one small, sensible change at a time. No overhauls, no black
boxes, and nothing that needs me to keep it running.
How it works
- A consultation first: a look at how you work today, the tools you already use, and where the time is being lost, with nothing bought, built or replaced at this stage.
- A costed plan: a written plan of small, specific changes covering which tools fit which tasks, who needs to learn what, what it costs and what it gives back. Yours to keep either way.
- Training to an agreed outcome: hands-on sessions for your team or one to one, using your real work as the material, against an outcome agreed before we start.
The approach
New tools arrive every week: AI assistants, automation, and smarter features
inside the software you already pay for. You do not need to rebuild how you
work to benefit from them. I teach your people to fold the useful ones into
the workflows they already have, so the work gets quicker without the
disruption of a big change. Privacy-first and self-hosted options are there
when data should stay in house.
Where I work
Cornwall-based, working with businesses in Truro, Falmouth, Penzance, St Ives,
Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin, Camborne, Redruth, Helston, Wadebridge, Bude,
Launceston, Liskeard and Saltash, and remotely across the South West.
